How long do I burn my candle?
Each time you light your candle, it is important to allow it to burn for 3-4 hrs. Especially on the initial burn, allow for a full melt pool (melted wax from side to side of the vessel). Please do not let it burn longer than 4hrs. at a time. The overall burn life of your candle should be 40+ hrs.
How long should the wick be?
Wooden wicks allow for an amazing experience when lighting a candle. They do, however, need to be trimmed to the proper length prior to each burn. We suggest that wicks be trimmed to 3/16" to create the best flame. If your flame is larger than 1", extinguish your flame, trim again and relight.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a wax blend of coconut and soy waxes. There is a minuscule amount of food grade paraffin, this allows high performance during the hot throw while maintaining a clean burn.
Do your fragrances contain phthalates?
All of our candle fragrances are phthalate free and paraben free, high-end luxury fragrances of superior quality.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. However, if your candle arrives in less than perfect condition, we want to know! Please email hello@woodcabincandles.com with your order number, along with photos of your defective merchandise so we can make it right!
